Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, professional services, or customer-facing technical roles.
  • Experience with incident reporting, public safety systems, or government-related software (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of workflows, configuration, and solution delivery processes.
  • Ability to translate regulatory or operational requirements into system setups.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and compliance.
  • Experience with implementation tools (e.g., Rocketlane or similar) is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the configuration and deployment of incident reporting solutions for Canadian fire and EMS customers.
  • Translate customer and provincial reporting requirements into effective system configurations.
  • Deliver customer training and onboarding on incident reporting workflows.
  • Collaborate with implementation managers and technical teams to support data migration and integrations.
  • Maintain project documentation, tracking, and workflow updates in management tools.
  • Identify and escalate product or process gaps to contribute to continuous improvement.
