Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, professional services, or customer-facing technical roles.
- Experience with incident reporting, public safety systems, or government-related software (preferred).
- Strong understanding of workflows, configuration, and solution delivery processes.
- Ability to translate regulatory or operational requirements into system setups.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and compliance.
- Experience with implementation tools (e.g., Rocketlane or similar) is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration and deployment of incident reporting solutions for Canadian fire and EMS customers.
- Translate customer and provincial reporting requirements into effective system configurations.
- Deliver customer training and onboarding on incident reporting workflows.
- Collaborate with implementation managers and technical teams to support data migration and integrations.
- Maintain project documentation, tracking, and workflow updates in management tools.
- Identify and escalate product or process gaps to contribute to continuous improvement.
