Requirements
- Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
- 6+ years of hands-on NetSuite configuration and consulting/administration experience.
- Completion of 8+ full life cycle implementations.
- Strong background in finance/accounting, supply chain, or consulting services.
- Proficiency with SuiteCloud Platform tools including SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteTalk.
- Extensive experience with data migration plans and procedures.
- Experience managing a team of 5+ consultants across multiple engagements.
- Strong interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and change management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and lead conference onsite workshops.
- NetSuite ERP Consultant or Administrator certifications are heavily preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of up to 10 consultants and analysts to deliver end-to-end NetSuite implementations.
- Act as a hands-on sponsor, architect, or project manager for strategic, high-visibility client engagements.
- Lead all project phases including planning, design, build, verification, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Advise clients on NetSuite functionality, leading practices, and future state process design.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex business requirements into custom solutions.
- Lead project management activities including status meetings, planning, work breakdown, and change control.
- Define data migration strategies and lead execution of Go-Live cutover activities.
