Requirements
- Extensive experience within the NetSuite standard and advanced Manufacturing module.
- Thorough understanding of NetSuite WIP & Routing functionality.
- Proficiency in capacity planning, finite scheduling, and Advanced Manufacturing Workbenches and Tablet setup.
- Deep knowledge of various NetSuite inventory costing methods, including standard costing.
- Understanding of BOM structures and their relations to the WO build process.
- Ability to define and gather requirements relating to the NetSuite Manufacturing module.
- Experience guiding customers through warehouse-related transactions such as inventory adjustments, transfers, and cycle counting.
- Knowledge of NetSuite replenishment methods including Time-phase, MRP, and Reorder Points.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Manage full life cycle NetSuite ERP implementation from technical, functional, and organizational change management standpoints.
- Participate in business process mapping including process analysis, design, and gap analysis.
- Analyze business/technical requirements to provide recommendations and functional system design.
- Document engagements including design documents, technical specifications, process documentation, and deployment documents.
- Provide key decision support, monitor issues and risks, and create mitigation plans for clients.
- Configure NetSuite systems and develop system tests, procedures, and documentation.
