Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of NetSuite consulting experience in client-facing environments
  • Strong expertise in core NetSuite functionality
  • Familiarity with advanced modules such as ARM, SuiteBilling, Projects, or similar solutions
  • Solid understanding of business operations, processes, and enterprise systems across multiple functional areas
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, and related terminology
  • Experience supporting compliance, audit requirements, and system governance initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to resolve complex issues independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Experience creating clear technical and functional documentation for diverse audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple NetSuite support engagements and software implementation projects across a variety of industries with minimal supervision
  • Lead recurring and ad hoc client meetings, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex NetSuite issues involving core and advanced business processes, including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Revenue Recognition, and Financial Consolidation workflows
  • Configure, maintain, and enhance NetSuite functionality, workflows, reports, saved searches, user roles, and permissions
  • Assist clients with compliance, audit readiness, system controls, and segregation of duties considerations
  • Support biannual NetSuite upgrades through impact assessments, testing strategies, and regression testing activities
  • Deliver end-user training, create supporting documentation, and develop user guides to improve system adoption
  • Lead implementations and ongoing support of software solutions, including project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication
  • Maintain detailed records of support requests, solutions, and system changes to meet compliance and governance requirements
  • Support team development through knowledge sharing, onboarding, and mentoring of junior consultants
