Senior Manager of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting

Manage the preparation and timely filing of SEC reports, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, and proxy statements.
Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SEC regulations (Regs S-X and S-K), and XBRL tagging.
Prepare or review supporting schedules, disclosure checklists, and tie-out documentation for financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A.
Maintain the reporting calendar and coordinate the review process with legal, internal stakeholders, and external auditors.
Drive continuous improvement in the reporting function and help establish SOX-compliant internal controls.
Research new accounting standards and SEC requirements to provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
Support investor reports, Audit Committee materials, and regulatory inquiries.

This means supporting new product launches through their full accounting lifecycle. You will optimize proprietary digital asset tooling to automate workflows.
