Requirements
- 4+ years of professional services experience.
- At least 2 years of development experience with NetSuite SuiteScript.
- Experience participating in end-to-end NetSuite implementations or service engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects, schedules, and tasks concurrently.
- Application Developer Certification and/or Web Services Developer Certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and configure technical solutions to promote a tailored NetSuite environment meeting unique client business needs.
- Build and deploy technical solutions utilizing NetSuite SuiteScript.
- Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with customers.
- Perform data migration services including cleansing, file manipulation, and file mapping.
- Evaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer requests related to NetSuite functionality.
- Review and approve designs while mentoring junior team members.
- Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients.
- Deliver on-site or virtual walkthroughs of NetSuite functionality.
