- 3+ years of experience in homebuilding, architecture, construction, or a related technical field.
- Equivalent experience in CAD/BIM production environments.
- Hands-on proficiency with industry-standard CAD/BIM software.
- Track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work on deadline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and customer contacts.
- Organized and proactive approach to managing personal workload.
- Ability to travel 10–20% for customer on-sites and company retreats.
- Genuine curiosity about homebuilding processes and option management.
- Experience with homebuilding workflows, production plans, or builder option configuration is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Translate and validate home plans, configurations, and documentation within the Higharc platform with high accuracy.
- Maintain task tracking and progress documentation to manage project milestones.
- Act as a day-to-day point of contact for builder inquiries regarding product and document mapping.
- Execute assigned project deliverables on time and to company standards.
- Triage and document product issues, bugs, and gaps for escalation to the Lead and Product teams.
- Participate in customer on-sites and internal project reviews.
