Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive ServiceNow development experience.
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow, including advanced scripting, custom apps, and modular frameworks.
- Extensive experience architecting multi-system integrations (REST/SOAP, spokes).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Angular, and React.
- Experience with Employee Center development and modern UI/UX patterns.
- Ability to design enterprise-grade data models (CMDB/CSDM).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
- Proven experience leading large-scale or platform-wide initiatives.
- Strong technical leadership and ability to mentor senior and junior engineers.
- Exceptional communication skills for senior stakeholder interaction.
Responsibilities
- Consult on platform strategy to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
- Lead development of complex, platform-wide initiatives from design through implementation.
- Act as the top-tier technical escalation point for complex issues across the platform.
- Implement development standards, architecture principles, and best practices.
- Design and oversee integrations with enterprise systems like Okta, Workday, and SailPoint.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide engineers through code and architecture reviews.
- Drive platform innovation, including automation, AI, and user experience enhancements.
