Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FSP clinical operations, including exposure to hybrid FSP or staff augmentation models
- At least 3 years of direct line management experience leading clinical or operational teams
- Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, drug development processes, and regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA, ICH-GCP)
- Experience managing resourcing, forecasting, workforce planning, and operational delivery in a client services environment
- Proven ability to lead matrixed teams, manage performance, and drive accountability across multiple stakeholders
- Strong client relationship management, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with ability to manage complex operational challenges
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
Responsibilities
- Oversee execution of one or more FSP clinical operations programs, ensuring delivery against timelines, quality standards, and contractual obligations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for senior internal leaders and client stakeholders on program-related matters
- Manage program logistics, staffing, resourcing, and operational infrastructure to meet client needs and KPIs
- Lead governance activities, client meetings, reporting, and escalation processes, including CAPA management when needed
- Drive workforce planning, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and retention strategies for assigned teams
- Provide direct line management, coaching, and performance oversight for managers and clinical operations staff
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and quality standards while identifying process improvement opportunities
- Support business development activities including bid support, RFPs, and client presentations
