Requirements
- 7+ years of prior experience in professional services.
- Track record of running large-scale transformation projects to completion.
- Direct experience across M&A integrations, carve-outs, and divestitures.
- Hands-on experience structuring and managing TSAs.
- Experience mentoring and developing junior talent.
- Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, or a similar technical discipline.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex integration engagements, translating the sponsor's thesis into cross-functional plans.
- Build target operating models and re-engineer processes for post-close and NewCo states.
- Manage end-to-end separation, carve-out, and divestiture engagements.
- Structure, negotiate, and manage TSAs and reverse TSAs.
- Drive holistic program management and PMO, keeping stakeholders aligned.
- Develop and implement AI-enabled solutions in accordance with firm policies.
- Mentor and coach junior team members while supporting business development.
