Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or investment banking.
- Progression into operating roles at high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
- Proven ownership of company-wide financial models and annual planning processes.
- Strong fluency in SaaS metrics, cohort-based revenue modeling, and enterprise sales finance.
- Expertise in multi-year P&L forecasting and scenario analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with GTM, Product, and G&A leaders.
- Excellent executive communication skills for board-level reporting.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the 2-year financial model and rolling P&L forecast.
- Lead the annual planning process including bottoms-up budgeting and goal alignment.
- Establish and manage a monthly reporting cadence for forecast vs. actuals and budget variance analysis.
- Prepare financial narratives and materials for quarterly board meetings.
- Develop forecasting engines for revenue modeling, linking rep capacity, pipeline, and pricing.
- Represent finance at deal desk to ensure effective margin representation.
