Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 2+ years of experience with instructional design and application of adult learning theory principles.
- Demonstrated success assessing needs, developing training, and facilitating sessions including virtual online training.
- Strong project management and team leadership skills including scope management and work planning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, knowledge transfer, and presentation skills.
- Intermediate to expert experience in e-learning development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with a focus on Word and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry and EDC products is a plus.
- Knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and 21 CFR Part 11 is a plus.
- Experience with tools such as Captivate, Articulate, WebEx, or Adobe Connect preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall relationship and expectations of assigned clients.
- Oversee project management activities for all phases of the project lifecycle including planning, tracking, and delivery.
- Provide consultant services to determine scope of training needs and provide direction on solutions.
- Analyze and design training and documentation solutions based on job roles and business processes.
- Develop training solutions using authorware tools like Captivate or Articulate.
- Deliver training through instructor-led, virtual classrooms, and e-learning formats.
