Engineering at eClinical Solutions

You will contribute to our eNOVA AI-First transformation, embedding AI across clinical development and enterprise operations. We are building a hands-on AI engineering function. You will deploy production-grade automation. Our engineers solve complex problems related to multi-agent workflows, RAG-based applications, and document intelligence. We leverage modern AI tools and frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex. We also use Python, API development, system integration, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). You will design lightweight architectures and iterate quickly. You will build and maintain reusable assets, including prompt templates and agent design patterns.
