Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
- 15+ years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 15 years experience in selling new and upselling existing solutions to generate significant revenue growth.
- Proven track record in managing complex sales and multiple senior stakeholders.
- Ability to rapidly assess client environments from a business, process, and technological perspective.
- Excellent business communication, presentation, and articulation skills.
- Proficiency in industry-leading sales methodology, Salesforce, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Ownership mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Willingness to travel onsite to customers at least 40% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage customer relationships to address evolving business challenges.
- Drive new account development, renewals, and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities within an established portfolio.
- Map product solutions to specific client needs and demonstrate product capabilities.
- Identify customer needs through meetings with key influencers and stakeholders.
- Drive credibility by leveraging use case and vertical expertise to demonstrate business outcomes.
- Act as a liaison between customers and product development teams to provide actionable feedback.
- Maintain consistent and accurate data in Salesforce to support account planning and forecasting.
- Participate in Account Planning and Business Reviews.
