Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 15 years experience in selling new and upselling existing solutions to generate significant revenue growth.
  • Proven track record in managing complex sales and multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to rapidly assess client environments from a business, process, and technological perspective.
  • Excellent business communication, presentation, and articulation skills.
  • Proficiency in industry-leading sales methodology, Salesforce, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Ownership mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Willingness to travel onsite to customers at least 40% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage customer relationships to address evolving business challenges.
  • Drive new account development, renewals, and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities within an established portfolio.
  • Map product solutions to specific client needs and demonstrate product capabilities.
  • Identify customer needs through meetings with key influencers and stakeholders.
  • Drive credibility by leveraging use case and vertical expertise to demonstrate business outcomes.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and product development teams to provide actionable feedback.
  • Maintain consistent and accurate data in Salesforce to support account planning and forecasting.
  • Participate in Account Planning and Business Reviews.
