Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in management consulting, sales enablement, sales operations, or sales support in healthcare tech or digital health
- Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems (e.g., payers, employers, providers, EHRs, claims, value-based care)
- Ability to clearly explain complex technical and clinical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with crafting attractive deal specific slides in Google Slides and Powerpoint
- Detail-oriented and highly organized; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and navigating RFP processes
- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Salesforce, Clay, and proposal tools
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Commercial team to develop winning strategies and accelerate enterprise growth
- Conduct market, prospect, and stakeholder research to inform deal strategy and uncover opportunities
- Design tailored solution strategies that align Twin's capabilities with prospect priorities
- Translate complex clinical, product, and operational concepts into compelling executive-level narratives, presentations, and business cases
- Leverage AI, automation, and analytics to improve commercial effectiveness
- Collaborate across Product, Clinical, Operations, and Marketing teams to shape market-facing strategy and messaging
- Participate in cross-functional planning for pilots, strategic initiatives, and enterprise implementations
- Drive operational excellence by improving commercial processes, CRM adoption, pipeline visibility, and reporting
- Maintain a high bar for quality, consistency, and rigor across all deliverables
