- Own the onboarding process from client sign-up through completion, building and managing timelines and tracking dependencies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, translating complex sales tax and data concepts into simple, actionable client explanations.
- Coordinate across internal teams to ensure work is sequenced correctly and handoffs occur on time.
- Analyze complex transaction datasets using Excel to create practical mapping notes for tax collection and filing.
- Interpret sales tax-related findings for clients, explaining obligations and decisions from a consultative perspective.
- Continuously improve the onboarding experience and internal workflows to increase scalability.
