Responsibilities:

• Manage changes to existing client accounts across various areas.
• Support existing clients and their Sale Tax Accountants with issues.
• Analyze factors for annual sales tax nexus reviews.
• Update and test tax collection settings for clients.
• Support clients during offboarding process.
• Serve as the primary contact for billing issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
