- 5+ years of management experience in Trade Promotion Management.
- 3+ years of experience in dispute collections.
- Experience with deductions is required.
- Familiarity with TPM software is a plus.
- Technical proficiency with SaaS products is preferred, including Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite.
- Experience in a start-up environment and adaptability to change is preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong desire to learn and serve customers.
- Willingness to adapt processes as the company evolves.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Dispute Collections Service (DCS) workflow.
- Manage a team of trade resolution specialists.
- Ensure timely submission of disputes and resolution of issues.
- Own a few accounts to lead by example.
- Collaborate with developers to build disputes platform.
- Develop a system to track filing timeliness and aging analysis.
- Work with the reconciliation team to meet thresholds on disputable expenses.
- Identify and recommend improvements to the dispute process.
- Assist with hiring and calculate monthly commission statements.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting.
