- Assist in supporting the Company’s mortgage licensing activities, including applications for new licenses and license maintenance activities.
- Assist in managing and implementing compliance matters, including marketing compliance reviews.
- Type business letters, memorandums, presentations, and other correspondence in an accurate and timely manner.
- Create and edit presentations/spreadsheets.
- Establish and maintain appropriate documentation and files as needed.
- Manage large amounts of documents electronic and paper; work with organizing, indexing and tracking files, increasing responsibility as knowledge base expands.
- Communicate effectively up, down and across the company to gather information needed by the team, and to share information as appropriate.
- Project tasks and project management responsibilities, as assigned from time-to-time.
