- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle tactical execution.
- Adept at using Google Suite, Slack, and CRM software.
- Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter.
- Familiarity with marketing funnel and pipeline performance metrics.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events and offsites.
- Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for daily work tasks.
Responsibilities
- Own the content calendar, publishing rhythm, and strategy across every channel.
- Produce content spanning the full lifecycle from prospect to lead to customer to retention.
- Build repeatable, low-friction content models and automate workflows with AI.
- Manage social media presence across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube with a focus on short-form video.
- Audit and own the strategy and copy for sales and marketing email sequences.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure sales enablement and customer experience content aligns with overall strategy.
