Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Relationship Management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships with a focus on retention and engagement.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Empathetic and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Results-driven with strong attention to detail.
- Experience delivering metric-based reporting and translating data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Candidates must permanently reside in the US full-time.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of SMB and Mid-Market clients as their primary point of contact.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and troubleshooting.
- Monitor client health and risk to identify opportunities for deeper engagement.
- Support clients through onboarding, adoption, contract renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- Provide regular reporting demonstrating measurable value to clients.
- Maintain accurate client documentation in systems like Salesforce, Asana, and Google Suite.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Work with third-party partners, consultants, and eligibility vendors.
