Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 7 years of progressive marketing experience, including strategy development and campaign leadership.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, ad reporting tools, and marketing automation/CRM systems.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and audience targeting.
  • Experience with campaign measurement, marketing analytics, attribution, and KPI reporting (e.g., CAC, ROAS/ROI).
  • Experience with go-to-market planning, incentive design, and performance optimization for new products.
  • Preferred experience with loyalty programs, partnership marketing, influencer marketing, and content strategies.
  • Working knowledge of credit union or banking products, services, and advertising regulations preferred.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for brief development and stakeholder alignment.
  • Ability to travel as needed for business activities.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with executive leadership and outside marketing agencies to develop and lead the CineFi marketing strategy, translating business priorities into integrated campaigns.
  • Own the planning and delivery of promotional campaigns across the member lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, and retention efforts.
  • Support the CineFi marketing P&L through budget planning, investment prioritization, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Lead loyalty and rewards program management, including strategy, development, and impact measurement.
  • Develop incentive strategies and targeted offers to increase acquisition and product adoption.
  • Identify and develop business partnership marketing opportunities to expand reach.
  • Design and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests to optimize offers, audiences, and creative.
  • Oversee external agencies and vendors to ensure alignment with strategy, budget, and compliance.
