Requirements
- 4+ years of professional Ruby development experience.
- Strong knowledge of design patterns, basic algorithms, and data structures.
- Experience designing scalable web applications.
- Proficiency with Ruby on Rails 6+.
- Expertise in working with databases, specifically MySQL, Postgres, and Redis.
- Proven ability to write comprehensive unit and integration tests.
Responsibilities
- Develop new backend features including payment system integrations and anti-money laundering modules.
- Develop AI tools for customer support and evolve customer acquisition flows.
- Develop APIs for integration with trading platforms.
- Optimize and improve overall product performance.
- Contribute to technical architecture and design discussions.
- Perform code reviews and provide production support.
- Participate in Scrum and OKR planning and retrospectives.
- Write unit/integration tests and technical documentation for new functionality.
