- Proven track record hiring exceptional people who noticeably raised the bar of the teams around them.
- Strong judgment on talent with the ability to spot real ability versus credentials.
- Experience building culture intentionally in fast-growing companies.
- Strong operator with the ability to build systems, process, and internal infrastructure.
- High-agency leadership style that solves problems quickly and maintains high standards.
- Ability to communicate well with no patience for mediocrity or politics.
- Experience in startups, healthcare, consumer, AI, or other high-growth environments preferred.
- Existing network of exceptional operators and leaders preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build a world-class recruiting function that consistently finds and closes exceptional people across every function and level.
- Own hiring strategy, sourcing, process design, closing, and raising the bar over time.
- Help create an environment where extraordinary people can do extraordinary work by promoting high standards, candor, and intensity.
- Own the operational backbone of the company including payroll, equity administration, onboarding, and HRIS.
- Design and scale systems for compliance, documentation, and internal processes without creating bureaucracy.
