Requirements
- 2-plus years of success as an SDR/Setter or in direct sales (e.g., phone, solar, credit card, SaaS, or training program sales).
- Proficiency with sales process management, managing pipelines, and handling opportunities.
- Comfort and willingness to utilize AI and new technologies to improve efficiency.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on transactional selling and making offers.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume outreach and follow-up sequences.
- Available to work 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday–Friday in North American time zones.
- Ability to think like an owner and proactively refine processes.
- Hunger to earn through uncapped commissions.
- Comfort navigating and overcoming objections during the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Book calls for enrollment advisors using consistent outreach (email, call, and SMS) to warm webinar lead lists.
- Ensure prospects are prepared for their scheduled 1:1 strategy calls.
- Communicate the value of booking a strategy session to prospects.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director and marketing ops team to build and refine the Enrollment Development Advisor system.
- Manage and optimize outreach sequences, including voicemail drops, SMS funnels, and email sequences.
- Represent the Full Focus mission during client interactions.
- Test, refine, and improve the enrollment development process and messaging.
