Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a prior SDR role calling on Health System accounts.
  • Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics (meetings booked, pipeline generated).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling outreach messages.
  • Regularly demonstrates professional persistence when daily prospecting.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and using LinkedIn for prospecting to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot) and sales prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Passionate about healthcare and technology.
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and take constructive feedback.
  • Professional demeanor and a growth-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research prospective customers within healthcare system companies.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine the potential fit for Atropos Health’s solutions.
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls between prospects and Sales SVP/-VP-Directors.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (Hubspot).
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimize outreach strategies and sequences.
