  • Book calls for enrollment advisors using consistent outreach (email, call, and SMS) to warm webinar lead lists.
  • Ensure prospects are prepared for their scheduled 1:1 strategy calls.
  • Communicate the value of booking a strategy session to prospects.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director and marketing ops team to build and refine the Enrollment Development Advisor system.
  • Manage and optimize outreach sequences, including voicemail drops, SMS funnels, and email sequences.
  • Represent the Full Focus mission during client interactions.
  • Test, refine, and improve the enrollment development process and messaging.
