Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in B2B sales.
  • Proven success in EOR, HR tech, or corporate services industries.
  • Strong track record of individual and team quota attainment.
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex enterprise sales involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of North American or Latin American market dynamics and client expectations.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting, top-of-funnel development, and outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, HubSpot).
  • Established partner network within the HR, payroll, or global mobility ecosystem.
  • Experience working in or managing remote-first, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong operational discipline.
  • Willingness to travel to support team development and client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Executives to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with GoGlobal’s growth objectives and market positioning.
  • Oversee pipeline development, sales performance metrics, and forecasting to ensure target achievement and business predictability.
  • Personally drive key enterprise-level deals and support team members in complex sales cycles, including engagement with C-level stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Service Delivery teams to align messaging, campaigns, and value propositions.
  • Collaborate closely with Partnerships and Sales Operations to align go-to-market initiatives and optimize lead flow.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, and client feedback to inform strategy and positioning.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and collaboration across the sales organization.
  • Represent GoGlobal at client meetings, strategic events, and industry forums.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and development of top sales talent to build bench strength.
