Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a Sales, Business Development, or Account Executive role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle, including prospecting, demos, and closing
  • Strong written communication skills for crafting proposals and RFP responses
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently with a high degree of ownership
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B sales preferred
  • Familiarity with RFP or proposal management tools such as Responsive or Loopio preferred
  • Understanding of procurement and vendor evaluation processes preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end RFI response process for employee benefits broker/consulting agencies
  • Complete security questionnaires, vendor assessments, and procurement forms
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather and verify information
  • Manage the complete sales cycle for accounts up to 500 employees
  • Conduct outbound prospecting to build and maintain a pipeline
  • Run discovery calls and deliver tailored product demonstrations
  • Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and deal progress in the CRM
