Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a Sales, Business Development, or Account Executive role
- Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle, including prospecting, demos, and closing
- Strong written communication skills for crafting proposals and RFP responses
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently with a high degree of ownership
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Experience in SaaS or B2B sales preferred
- Familiarity with RFP or proposal management tools such as Responsive or Loopio preferred
- Understanding of procurement and vendor evaluation processes preferred
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end RFI response process for employee benefits broker/consulting agencies
- Complete security questionnaires, vendor assessments, and procurement forms
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather and verify information
- Manage the complete sales cycle for accounts up to 500 employees
- Conduct outbound prospecting to build and maintain a pipeline
- Run discovery calls and deliver tailored product demonstrations
- Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and deal progress in the CRM
