Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Meta Ads Manager running large, complex paid-social accounts.
- 2+ years in a manager role working cross-functionally with growth, creative, and engineering teams.
- Proven experience optimizing accounts to CPA or ROAS targets.
- Enthusiasm for building AI-driven workflows or automations to improve efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills, including data extraction and incrementality testing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Must be willing and able to work PST hours.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale MasterClass's Meta advertising end-to-end including campaign structure, budget allocation, and reporting against CPA and ROAS targets.
- Optimize performance marketing elements such as landing page conversion, catalog management, and creative execution.
- Partner with Growth Product, MarTech, and Data teams to connect ad-layer signals to on-site conversion through funnel experiments.
- Build AI-driven workflows and automations to remove manual reporting and optimization work.
- Design and execute rigorous tests including A/B, incrementality, or lift testing and present recommendations to leadership.
