Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Meta Ads Manager running large, complex paid-social accounts.
- 2+ years in a manager role with cross-functional experience (growth, creative, engineering).
- Proven experience optimizing to CPA or ROAS targets.
- Enthusiasm for building AI-driven workflows or automations to reduce manual work.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience running A/B, incrementality, or lift tests.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Must be willing and able to work PST hours.
Responsibilities
- Own and scale MasterClass's Meta advertising end-to-end against CPA and ROAS targets.
- Optimize performance marketing activities including landing page optimization, catalog management, creative development, and event management.
- Dissect the purchase funnel alongside Growth Product, MarTech, and Data teams to lift performance.
- Partner with AI to build workflows and automations for reporting and optimization.
- Design and run rigorous tests across creative, audience, bidding, and measurement, presenting recommendations to leadership.
