Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in value engineering, pre-sales consulting, management consulting, or enterprise SaaS sales.
- Track record of building ROI models and executive-level business cases.
- Strong financial modeling skills including proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with value-selling frameworks.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into persuasive narratives focused on financial outcomes.
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills working with sales, product, marketing, and finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or equivalent experience.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and high-integrity professional.
- Ability to work remotely from a US-based location with reliable connectivity.
- Travel up to 25-35% for customer meetings, team on-sites, and industry events.
Responsibilities
- Lead value discovery sessions with prospects and customers to identify labor cost and operational pain points.
- Build ROI models and executive-level business cases quantifying savings from TCP solutions.
- Present business cases to C-suite and HR/Operations leaders to support complex deal progression.
- Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Consultants to strategize on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Benchmark prospect metrics against industry standards.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and finance to refine value messaging and capture customer success stories.
- Develop and maintain a library of value models, benchmarks, and training for the enterprise sales team.
