Requirements
- Strong communication skills across all customer service channels, including email, text, and chat
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to be organized and driven towards excellence
- High degree of empathy, judgment, patience, and level-headedness
- Ability to work in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment
- Productive and focused work style to meet case volume expectations
- Flexible schedule including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience on an e-commerce customer service team (preferred)
- Proficiency with Kustomer and Google Suite (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide consistently magical customer service across all customer service channels
- Deliver an excellent customer experience through a customer-first mindset to build long-term, loyal client relationships
- Consistently meet and exceed performance goals
- Assist customers with shopping inquiries in the capacity of a stylist, friend, and personal assistant
- Manage shipping, fulfillment, and returns procedures to process customer orders efficiently
- Share customer and product feedback with internal teams such as Merchandising, Operations, and Product Development
- Gain exposure to the business by collaborating across different internal teams
