Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Direct ownership or significant contribution to an ERP migration or implementation at a scaling company.
- Experience with inventory accounting and COGS for a physical-goods business.
- Fluency with accounting systems, data models, and financial integrations.
- Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency, and intercompany accounting.
- Builder's mindset with experience defining policies and SOPs from first principles.
- CPA preferred.
- Mix of public accounting and high-growth in-house experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead ERP migration off QuickBooks Online to an AI-first platform, including selection, data migration, and integration design.
- Stand up inventory and COGS accounting, defining capitalization thresholds and building an inventory subledger.
- Define international accounting foundation requirements, including multi-currency and intercompany reporting.
- Identify and deploy AI and automation opportunities for reconciliations and monthly close tasks.
- Partner with engineering, operations, and FP&A teams to design integrations and reporting structures.
