Responsibilities
- Expand revenue from the existing customer base through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
- Achieve sales targets and develop a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Build a strong understanding of client and industry segmentation to drive customer lifetime value.
- Manage customer engagement including renewals and product adoption.
- Cultivate value-based relationships to ensure high customer retention and satisfaction.
- Serve as the voice of the customer to prioritize feature requests and platform improvements.
- Educate clients on new features and gather feedback through surveys and interviews.
- Actively drive customer references and case studies.
