Requirements

  • 5+ years of related sales experience in industrial equipment, manufacturing technology, or additive manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in consultative and solution-based sales.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for ROI, forecasting, and pipeline analysis.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to track KPIs and generate insights.
  • Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools including Teams, Zoom, and WebEx.
  • Must be based in Texas.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to travel extensively within Texas and Louisiana.

Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic territory plans to drive revenue growth across the EOS, Phillips Hybrid, and additive manufacturing product portfolio.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to project execution.
  • Develop and expand existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities within the territory.
  • Serve as a technical and consultative resource for OEMs, contract manufacturers, and academic institutions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and provide reliable sales forecasts and market insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and strengthen regional brand presence.
