Requirements
- 5+ years of related sales experience in industrial equipment, manufacturing technology, or additive manufacturing.
- Proven experience in consultative and solution-based sales.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for ROI, forecasting, and pipeline analysis.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to track KPIs and generate insights.
- Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools including Teams, Zoom, and WebEx.
- Must be based in Texas.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to travel extensively within Texas and Louisiana.
Responsibilities
- Execute strategic territory plans to drive revenue growth across the EOS, Phillips Hybrid, and additive manufacturing product portfolio.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to project execution.
- Develop and expand existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities within the territory.
- Serve as a technical and consultative resource for OEMs, contract manufacturers, and academic institutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and provide reliable sales forecasts and market insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and strengthen regional brand presence.
