Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
- 6-10 years of relevant sales experience.
- Must live in the assigned territory (Northern CA, NV, UT, AZ, HI).
- Analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market data trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Must be self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate customer relations.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations.
- Willing and able to travel up to 80% within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance, motivation, and training to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
- Develop strategies and objectives to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Track sales metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to assess team and individual performance.
- Design and implement sales plans, promotions, and initiatives to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to improve sales processes.
- Develop and manage sales budgets, forecast projections, and manage expenses.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
