Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 8 years of sales experience delivering products in the solar industry.
- Substantial knowledge of the commercial PV and/or steel market.
- Experience in sourcing and supply chain consulting.
- Deep understanding of solar markets and key players in North America.
- Strong customer-centric orientation and proficiency in CRM systems.
- Prowess in Microsoft Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Substantial network of contacts among VP-level supply chain executives.
- Proven business and sales acumen.
- Technical grounding and meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales, solutions, and project opportunities throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
- Expand the client portfolio in the sector of metal structures for PV and CSP.
- Lead a local Sales Team for the US, Mexico, and Canada markets.
- Develop strategic annual sales plans and manage sales forecasting and pipelines.
- Engage with industry stakeholders, commercial entities, and potential alliances to boost market share.
- Interact with technical, cost estimation, and supply chain teams to shape commercial deal offerings.
- Participate in industry meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
