Requirements
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner.
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner License (multi-state or compact state preferred).
- 5–7 years of clinical NP experience.
- At least 2 years in direct people leadership.
- Strong knowledge of HCC coding, risk adjustment, and MEAT documentation standards.
- Experience overseeing documentation quality through audits and reviews.
- Proficiency in EMRs, performance dashboards, and communication tools.
- Proven ability to lead remote teams and drive accountability.
- Pass national background check.
- Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC) or similar credential is a plus.
- Experience in value-based care, home-based care, or virtual primary care is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review team schedules, coverage, and performance dashboards daily.
- Monitor visit volumes and documentation quality to ensure provider success.
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and collaborate with Quality, Compliance, and Operations teams.
- Conduct team touchpoints and 1:1 meetings to provide feedback and foster professional growth.
- Oversee wellness visit quality and ensure compliance with HCC and MEAT documentation standards.
- Analyze performance trends to develop strategies that elevate clinical quality and engagement.
