- Field and resolve overnight questions and support requests from patients and partners.
- Respond to and triage inbound patient and partner inquiries via phone, email, and SMS.
- Escalate complex patient concerns to appropriate clinical or administrative teams.
- Assist Field Support and clinicians with real-time scheduling changes.
- Perform clerical work required before and after appointments to maintain accurate documentation.
- Contribute to process enhancements and participate in cross-departmental training projects.
