Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience specifically within U.S. law firms.
- Proven leadership experience managing a marketing function, including delegation and mentoring.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, GEO, content strategy, social media, and email campaigns.
- Proficiency with Webflow for website management and CMS content updates.
- Demonstrated ability to develop marketing strategy and execute end-to-end campaigns.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and team performance in a results-driven environment.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using marketing metrics and KPIs to guide decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Mandarin-English bilingual proficiency is strongly encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, mentor, and assign priorities to a marketing team of three to four members.
- Lead firm website strategy, including structure, UX, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
- Oversee content creation across video, social media, email, and web platforms to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage and optimize paid marketing efforts, specifically Google Ads, focusing on lead quality and ethical compliance.
- Direct SEO and GEO strategy, including keyword planning and performance tracking.
- Analyze marketing data across all channels to identify inefficiencies and provide actionable recommendations.
- Implement systems and workflows using tools like Monday.com and AI-assisted workflows to drive scalability.
