Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for domestic and export markets (B2B & B2C) by analyzing market trends and competitor dynamics.
- Lead the search, acquisition, and development of new local and international buyers to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Design and execute integrated offline and digital marketing programs to increase brand awareness.
- Define market segmentation, product positioning, and pricing strategies based on coffee market trends and quality.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with buyers, distributors, roasters, and traders through effective negotiation.
- Coordinate with operational and processing teams to ensure product availability and fulfillment based on market feedback.
