Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience selling technical commercial or enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Native level German speaking is a must.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment.
- Experience closing six-figure deals through value-based selling.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions into accounts with 90+ day sales cycles.
- Proven ability to manage complex, enterprise sales cycles from business champion to CEO level.
- Skilled at negotiating business terms with procurement, legal, and C-level stakeholders.
- Ability to demonstrate product value and economic benefits to stakeholders.
- Marketing technology experience is preferred.
- Previous sales methodology training or SaaS performance management experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage a fast-paced, velocity-driven mid-market sales territory.
- Own the entire end-to-end sales cycle.
- Negotiate business terms with procurement, contract teams, and senior management.
- Perform deep discovery and value-based selling to address customer needs.
- Marshall engineering and internal resources to successfully close sales.
- Provide product team feedback to ensure the development of valuable features.
