Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of proven experience selling technical commercial or enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Native level German speaking is a must.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment.
  • Experience closing six-figure deals through value-based selling.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions into accounts with 90+ day sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, enterprise sales cycles from business champion to CEO level.
  • Skilled at negotiating business terms with procurement, legal, and C-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to demonstrate product value and economic benefits to stakeholders.
  • Marketing technology experience is preferred.
  • Previous sales methodology training or SaaS performance management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a fast-paced, velocity-driven mid-market sales territory.
  • Own the entire end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Negotiate business terms with procurement, contract teams, and senior management.
  • Perform deep discovery and value-based selling to address customer needs.
  • Marshall engineering and internal resources to successfully close sales.
  • Provide product team feedback to ensure the development of valuable features.
