Requirements
- 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, DevOps, or risk management.
- History of achieving or exceeding annual sales targets in Mid-Market or Commercial segments.
- Experience managing 3–6 month sales cycles with multi-threaded stakeholders.
- Proven ability to prospect, build an active pipeline, and close net-new business independently.
- Strong understanding of security testing methodologies like pen testing, bug bounty, and vulnerability disclosure.
- Excellent communication skills with deep understanding of the UK business landscape.
- Experience with Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
- Proficiency in MEDDPICC sales methodology.
Responsibilities
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing deals within the mid-market segment across EMEA.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and Bugcrowd's value proposition.
- Establish relationships with CISOs, IT Directors, and technical teams.
- Manage relationships with Resellers and Distributors to drive channel-led business.
- Accurately forecast sales opportunities and maintain a pipeline in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- Create and deliver sales presentations and demos.
- Represent Bugcrowd at EMEA industry conferences and networking events.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms.
