Requirements

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity, DevOps, or risk management.
  • History of achieving or exceeding annual sales targets in Mid-Market or Commercial segments.
  • Experience managing 3–6 month sales cycles with multi-threaded stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to prospect, build an active pipeline, and close net-new business independently.
  • Strong understanding of security testing methodologies like pen testing, bug bounty, and vulnerability disclosure.
  • Excellent communication skills with deep understanding of the UK business landscape.
  • Experience with Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
  • Proficiency in MEDDPICC sales methodology.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing deals within the mid-market segment across EMEA.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and Bugcrowd's value proposition.
  • Establish relationships with CISOs, IT Directors, and technical teams.
  • Manage relationships with Resellers and Distributors to drive channel-led business.
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities and maintain a pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams.
  • Create and deliver sales presentations and demos.
  • Represent Bugcrowd at EMEA industry conferences and networking events.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms.
