Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS or technology sales in a closing role.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proven ability to win new logos and navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Experience building a pipeline in outbound-driven environments.
  • Experience with new or developing markets.
  • Strong ability to engage and influence VP and C-level executives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Technical curiosity and interest in AI-driven products.
  • Native or bilingual in German.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closing.
  • Identify opportunities and shape territory strategy in a new market.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and commercial structuring.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on business impact and AI transformation.
  • Partner with Solution Engineering, Business Development, and Value Consulting teams.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and visibility of risks and opportunities.
