Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS or technology sales in a closing role.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Proven ability to win new logos and navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Experience building a pipeline in outbound-driven environments.
- Experience with new or developing markets.
- Strong ability to engage and influence VP and C-level executives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Technical curiosity and interest in AI-driven products.
- Native or bilingual in German.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closing.
- Identify opportunities and shape territory strategy in a new market.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes and commercial structuring.
- Act as a trusted advisor on business impact and AI transformation.
- Partner with Solution Engineering, Business Development, and Value Consulting teams.
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and visibility of risks and opportunities.
