Requirements

  • 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology.
  • Experience with AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms.
  • Proven success closing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Well-connected in the Belgian enterprise landscape.
  • Ability to build relationships at the C-suite and board level.
  • Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Belgium.
  • Ability to operate in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
  • Passion for voice and audio AI.
  • Native or full professional proficiency in Dutch.
  • Strong English for internal collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a growing portfolio of enterprise accounts across Belgium.
  • Focus on Financial Services & Insurance, Telecommunications, Healthcare, and Utilities.
  • Identify new business opportunities for conversational AI and ElevenAgents.
  • Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles for senior executives.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in the conversational AI landscape.
  • Develop and execute account strategies for enterprise verticals.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering for account expansion.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and operations leaders.
