Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology.
- Experience with AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms.
- Proven success closing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Well-connected in the Belgian enterprise landscape.
- Ability to build relationships at the C-suite and board level.
- Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders.
- Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Belgium.
- Ability to operate in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
- Passion for voice and audio AI.
- Native or full professional proficiency in Dutch.
- Strong English for internal collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a growing portfolio of enterprise accounts across Belgium.
- Focus on Financial Services & Insurance, Telecommunications, Healthcare, and Utilities.
- Identify new business opportunities for conversational AI and ElevenAgents.
- Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles for senior executives.
- Develop and maintain expertise in the conversational AI landscape.
- Develop and execute account strategies for enterprise verticals.
- Partner with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering for account expansion.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and operations leaders.
