Operations Manager, Solution Engineering & Services

Design and deploy AI agents and workflow automations to eliminate operational drag.
Manage the integration layer between Salesforce, Rocketlane, SAP, Jira, and reporting tools.
Build dashboards to provide actionable insights for Solution Engineering and PS leadership.
Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly rhythms including capacity reviews, delivery health, and KPI tracking.

Engineering at Parloa
