Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage a base of 180 estate agent accounts.
  • Identify growth opportunities and present solutions via phone and video calls.
  • Interpret and share performance data to demonstrate ROI to partners.
  • Meet weekly KPIs including call volume, virtual meetings, revenue, and retention.
  • Introduce new business initiatives and conduct product/service training.
  • Resolve partner queries and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and share insights with internal stakeholders.
