Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct experience driving new logo acquisition within Fortune/Global 500 organizations.
  • Proven track record of closing new Major Account logos and upselling existing accounts.
  • Strong cold prospecting, multi-threading, and negotiation skills for complex, high-value deals.
  • Consistent over-quota performance or top 5% of sales organization ranking.
  • Technical competence in security, email, cloud, and AI domains.
  • Experience selling subscription software/SaaS to CISOs and security personnel.
  • Success in early-stage, underdog, or new entrant startup environments.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Abnormal security solutions to approximately 20 Major Accounts within the defined territory.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial conversation through contract signing.
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to manage renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate data and results across sales systems including Salesforce, Highspot, and Close Plan.
  • Act as a voice for the customer to internal teams like Product and Marketing to prioritize revenue-generating activities.
