Requirements

  • 4+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in security.
  • Demonstrated success in owning and growing a geographical territory or country within EMEA.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs, including closing deals with $50k+ ARR.
  • Experience in upselling & cross-selling to new and existing customers.
  • Ability to leverage executive stakeholders and secure in-person meetings.
  • Experience conducting regular in-person customer engagement multiple times per month.
  • Proficiency in outbound prospecting, strategic account planning, and value-based selling.
  • Strong business acumen with experience presenting to C-Suite.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, particularly Identity and Access Management.
  • Experience partnering with channel resellers.
  • Experience with MEDDPPICC or similar sales methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow designated territory focusing on acquiring new Commercial clients and expanding existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, inbound leads, cold calling, and networking.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
  • Drive organic growth by upselling and cross-selling 1Password’s solutions.
  • Identify opportunities and close large value deals with multiple product SKUs.
  • Engage with CISOs, CIOs, and other VP-level contacts at industry events and client meetings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with BDR, Solutions, Channels, and Customer Success teams.
  • Present and negotiate with C-suite executives using a consultative approach.
